We are now living in a world where there are so many people in need of hope and salvation. With this in mind Pastor Conrad has put together some short YouTube evangelism training videos to help all Christians to become effective soul winners.
Jesus Himself said, “Do you not say, ‘There are still four months and then comes the harvest? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!” (John 4:35)
Every Christian has an important ministry and missions field. The teachings below are simple and concise and contain many practical keys to help all Christians to become confident and effective in sharing their faith with others.

1) Introduction / Prayer - A key to effective evangelism

In this short teaching Pastor Conrad looks at the importance of having a right heart and motivation for evangelism and the importance of preparation so that we are equipped and empowered and always ready to share our faith effectively with others.
We can know all about how to share our faith, but it is having God's heart and compassion for the lost that will motivate us to share our faith with others and help us to overcome the spiritual warfare that we all experience as Christians. So in many ways this is probably the most important teaching in relation to having a lifestyle of evangelism.

In this teaching Pastor Conrad shares some common traits and characteristics of people so that we can have a better idea of the people that we are preaching to, or sharing our faith with. Having a clear understanding of humanity helps us to be more relevant in our preaching, as we are better able to speak the truth of God’s word into people’s lives and circumstances. All that we truly need in life is found in Christ.

The Apostle Paul wrote, “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9)
This teaching is also great for new believers so that they can have a clear understanding of the basis of their faith. That they are justified and right with God simply because of their faith in Jesus Christ.

10) Depending on the Holy Spirit

In this YouTube video teaching Pastor Conrad shares on the importance of depending upon the Holy Spirit when witnessing to others and preaching the gospel. The Apostle Paul wrote, “I was with you in weakness, in fear, and in much trembling. And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.” (1 Corinthians 2:3-5)
In this teaching Pastor Conrad also looks at the importance of being led by the Holy Spirit as to who to witness to and the importance of being continually filled with the Holy Spirit.

In this teaching based on Ray Comfort’s teachings, Pastor Conrad shares how we can use the law to make people aware of their need to come to Christ to receive the gift of eternal life. By asking questions around the ten commandments, this method of evangelism helps people to realise that they are sinners in need of a Saviour and helps them to come to Christ.

He then shares the following three steps to help those in our natural webbing of contacts to come to Christ:
- PRAYER: Praying for those in our network of contacts
- CARE: Doing acts of kindness that open people's hearts to the gospel, AND
- SHARE: Looking for opportunities to share the gospel with those in our network of contacts
This method of evangelism is particularly effective for those who work full time, or who are attending school or university

In this final concluding teaching for the Quick Start Video Evangelism Training Course, Pastor Conrad shares on the importance of seeing miracles of healing in the times that we are now living in to help people to come to Christ. In the book of Hebrews we read, "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever." (Hebrews 13:8) Jesus still heals people today.
In the early church miracles of healing were common place. In this teaching Pastor Conrad shares 14 important keys and disciplines that can help us to have our faith continually built up so that we always believe for miracles when we pray for the sick.
In the book of Acts we read, “Therefore those who were scattered went everywhere preaching the word. Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria and preached Christ to them. And the multitudes with one accord heeded the things spoken by Philip, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did. For unclean spirits, crying with a loud voice, came out of many who were possessed; and many who were paralyzed and lame were healed. AND THERE WAS GREAT JOY IN THAT CITY” (Acts 8:4-8)
