Pastor Conrad ran a Zoom School over four Tuesdays for pastors and leaders with the following purposes in mind:
- To give those participating in the Zoom School a fresh passion for soul winning
- To equip the pastors and leaders in the area of evangelism
- To share some keys to living a fruitful Christian life and to becoming a leader of influence, and
- To model how to use the PowerPoint teachings to train up others in the area of Evangelism and to empower Christians to become fruitful and effective leaders

The purpose for the following YouTube video teachings which were taught at the Zoom School, is both to help equip and empower Christians to become effective soul winners and leaders and to help model how to use the PowerPoint teachings to train up others to become trainers themselves.
The Apostle Paul wrote to the young pastor Timothy, “And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.” (2 Timothy 2:2)
